HTP Apartments in Tivat is a design that had to meet the requirements of changing the use primarily intended for the plot in order to become a modern-day residential building. With its simple and unobtrusive form it blends nicely in the quiet, carefully landscaped surroundings, offering a luxurious retreat to its tenants and a retail space on the ground floor in the attractive area near the waterfront.
