BUILDING AREA: 1.400m2
LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF BELGRADE, BORISAVLJEVIĆEVA BUILDING REPRESENTS URBAN RESIDENTIAL HOUSING. THE OWNER OF THE BUILDING WANTED TO CREATE DISTINCT FEATURES, TO IMPROVE THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING FACADE AND TO CREATE LUXURIOUS APARTMENTS FOR HIM AND HIS FAMILY.
The Client approached us with the intention to build a small and luxurious residential building. The prior completion of the structural works presented a challenge for the further design process. The facade was treated in a simple manner, with quality and durable materials in line with trends in the residential building sector, whilst the interior was created as a luxurious and timeless space. Both facade and interior are clear, unobtrusive and very pleasant for users.
