^{THE DANUBE FLOWER IS A MIXED USE COMPLEX LOCATED CLOSE TO THE RIGHT BANK OF THE DANUBE RIVER AS A MEANS OF PROMOTING THE URBAN CONTENT IN A ZONE PREVIOUSLY CONSIDERED INDUSTRIAL.}

^{KEY DESIGN FEATURES 200 apartments with terraces or private gardens • 30 Penthouses on top of the building with private terraces • Hotel 3* with 150 rooms and public areas • Retail shops on the ground level • Offices • Business apartments • Underground car park with private and public parking • Public gardens inside the block with greenery, pedestrian paths, fountains and seating area}

^{This complex is a combination of a pleasant residential block and a hotel.}

^{The building geometry is out rightly determined by shape of the plot, and all of its content is arranged in the same manner. The meandric shape ensures the best possible orientation and enough space for the inner courtyard which was treated as community and social zone.}
