THE PLOT IS LOCATED NEAR BUDVA, HALF AN HOUR DRIVE FROM TIVAT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. THE MOGREN CLIFF ABOVE BUDVA'S OLD TOWN HAS A PROMINENT AND SIGNIFICANT PLACE IN THE SKYLINE AND AN EXTRAORDINARY VIEW OVER THE BAY. ALL OF THESE FEATURES ALLOWED D/A TO PROVIDE AN ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTION WITH AN OPTIMAL RATIO OF HOTEL AND RESIDENTIAL CAPACITIES.

The design of the complex combines traditional architectural vocabulary with the form of old Austro-Hungarian fortresses thus creating a free and organic urban matrix. It should represent a fortified and gated community with high luxurious apartments neighboring the old town of Budva. It is also full of sophisticated details from Venetian and local history. Therefore, it replicates the spirit of the place by using local materials.
