THE OLIVE GARDEN COMPLEX IS LOCATED IN ONE OF THE MOST INTERESTING LOCATIONS ON THE SOUTHERN ADRIATIC COAST DUE TO ITS PROXIMITY TO SVETI STEFAN AND CRVENA GLAVICA BEACH. THEREFORE, THE COMPLEX REPRESENTS THE CLIENT'S INTENTION TO “SAIL INTO THE WATER” OF LUXURY ACCOMMODATION.

A very steep topography and a demanding plot shape determined the character of the building. A stepped organization provides great views over the olive orchard and bay. The terraces and balconies should upgrade the complex with open-space areas. Inspiration for the design was found in Montenegro's traditional masonry heritage following its basic concept of organization, volumetric and decorative elements. Local essence is preserved through material choice.
